I'm a little confused here

Which party wants a shutdown of the federal government? The House Republicans, who have passed FOUR  bills that would keep the government running, or the Senate Democrats, who have rejected every single one of those efforts. Who is trying to get everything, and who keeps changing what they ask for in hopes of reaching an agreement? Personally, I hope the government shuts down. Traffic around here gets a lot better if they do.
