I am told that because insurance fraud of the sort attempted by the truck driver in this video is so common -- pulling in front of another vehicle, slamming to a halt and blaming the other vehicle for the collision -- practically ever vehicle on the road in Russia has a dashboard video camera of the sort that shot this video:

Whatever the reason for the dash cams, I'm glad they have them. Watching this guy get an ass-whupping from a bunch of furries is too good to be true. Hat tip to Ace for the video.
