If this is true, I think it's a good thing. Apparently, this guy didn't make any effort to hire legal employees:

I'm going to guess that nobody in the country legally quit. Obviously, some people stayed, sin "nearly his entire kitchen staff" means that not his entire kitchen staff quit. I am 100% in favor of putting assholes like this in jail for hiring illegal immigrants. If business owners hiring illegals were put in jail, the jobs for illegals would dry up pretty quick and we would no have an illegal immigrant problem. If they can't find work, they won't come here illegally. Works for me.
