I am a few days behind the curve on this one on account of I work for a living, but that doesn't mean it isn't funny as shit. Apparently a Republican state senator in Tennessee gave HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius a gift during her visit there recently. She didn't say how much she appreciated the gift, but I think it is clear:
