Being a cynic means never being disappointed. Unfortunately, I was right about today. I got to work at the appointed hour and was informed that we weren't working today. At all. And not tomorrow, either. My faith that we are working Monday as promised is extremely low. Yes, I am looking for another gig. This is horseshit.
On the other hand, shitty developments like this give birth to haikus. To wit:
