Who saw this coming?

I meant to post about this last night, but I got tired, so you get a cold Weiner. Not sure microwaving this Weiner would help. Anyway, it appears that  Anthony Weiner, the former New York congressman who likes to send nasty text messages --with dick pics -- to much younger women who are nowhere near as hot as his wife was the first candidate in the New York City Democratic Party mayoral primary to concede.  This seems kind of weird, considering that just before the vote Weiner said he had a "good chance" to win the primary. Maybe he needs to hire a new pollster, because I don't think he was that close:

The disgraced ex-congressman, who earned a mere 5% of the vote, spent the morning showing one of his public faces — and the rest of his day trying to hide the other.

Apparently, he was hiding his face behind his hand. Sort of:

His long-suffering wife Huma Abedin was nowhere in sight, and the Weiner camp refused comment on whereabouts of the longtime Hillary Clinton confidante. 
Weiner, in a final and fitting campaign statement, flipped the bird at journalists as he drove away from the ruins of his disastrous campaign.

At least he saluted the press as he left.
