Damn that global warming -- Niagra Falls freezes over for second time this winter

No, a waterfall does not completely freeze solid and stop flowing, because the river keeps flowing and the water has to go somewhere, but it apparently is very unusual for Niagra to form an ice covering, which it did again today for the second time this year.
