Is President Shit for Brains still pretending he's quit smoking?

Yeah, but not very well, apparently. Obama is in China for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit, which I'm sure is going swimmingly, except for the part where he's pissed off the Chinese. According to USA Today, the Smoker-in-Chief showed his ass a little upon his arrival in China:

Twitter, like Facebook, YouTube and Instagram, is banned in China, whose censors fear such services could aid political protest.

I thought fuck chops quit smoking six years ago. How come he still chews Nicorette?
